The first point of contact with the surgery should be by telephone

on our normal number 020 8800 1000

Do not leave home if you or someone you live with has any of the following:

  • a high temperature
  • a new, continuous cough
  • a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

If you are asked to attend the surgery

  • Please press the intercom button by the main entrance door
  • The receptionist will open the door once they have confirmed your identity and reason for attendance
  • Please wear a face covering or mask 
  • Please use your own toilet facilities before attending the appointment
  • Please attend alone unless you need to be accompanied

If you wish to submit a repeat prescription request

During the Coronavirus pandemic, you can submit a prescription request by the following ways;

Please note that all prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy you have nominated. If you haven't made a nomination yet please tell reception which pharmacy you would like to use. If you do not nominate a pharmacy the closest pharmacy to your home will be selected

There is no need to visit the surgery to collect your prescription 

Please note that we are now asking patients not to order prescriptions by the phone, so that we can keep the phone line available for patients who need urgent medical attention

It is vital that children keep up to date with their Immunisations. Our surgery is still open and giving childhood vaccinations. We have measures in place to keep our patients safe. Please call reception to book an appointment with one of our nurses
